Mostaccioli Mosta
1 pound ground lean turkey breast 1 cup chopped onion
1- 16 ounce chopped tomato 1 -8 ounce tomato sauce
1 cup olives, coarsely chopped 1/4 c reduced-fat parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper 1 pound mostaccioli
1 Tbsp olive oil 1 cup low-fat mozzarella
In large skillet cook turkey and onion, drain any liquid. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, olives, parmesan cheese, salt, oregano and crushed pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Prepare mostaccioli and drain. Toss with olive oil. Arrange in a casserole dish, pour on sauce, top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

No-Bake Granola Bars
2 1/2 cups whole grain cheerios 2 cups whole oats
1/2 cup dried blueberries 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ounces chocolate chips 4 ounces reduced-fat peanut butter
Mix all ingredients together and spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Cut into squares and refrigerate.
